I want people to be able to click the link and watch the 30 second video showing everything works and not having them have to create and account/login/etc (nor do I want to have to)

Well, You Tube. You would have create an account and log in to post the video but anyone visiting would not have to log in. You could send the link of the YouTube video to anyone inquiring.

I don’t know that such a thing exists, but I like Vimeo much better than YouTube for posting videos. You do have to create an account there.
