Thanks. I just had to go off and "shoo"t a pair of them. One did come back but only squawked once then flew away. I think that was a bird's idea of giving me the finger.

I know what you mean about the Afghanis. They are a very poor people whose sole source of income seems to be heroin. It's also landlocked, almost no sources of fresh water and CHOCK FULL of petty, ENDLESS, generational tribal warfare.

As for New York, I loved the Big Apple when I went for a visit. But...live there, I dunno.
