It’s a desperation ploy. The Archie loyalists will buy the comic to complete their set. The collectors will buy the comic to complete the set.
But the gay community and it’s supporters will buy the comic in droves to make a point, with the hope being that a good sized chunk of them will hang around and buy future editions ...
