New York Times columnist Paul Krugman recently used his weekly column to take aim at pro-growth tax reform and the Rich States, Poor States ALEC-Laffer State Economic Competitiveness Index. Naturally we assume that he just pays his 39% right off the top without the use of TurboTax or an accountant, or taking any deductions right?

Well, right?
