I completely agree. I was placed in a particular organization spot that was detrimental to my skills based on a marginal difference in scoring that penalized my professional growth for years.
I didn’t need to take the test to know I’m an introvert. I hate crowds & after being around people all day, I’m exhausted. My sister is really big into MB & what it means..she made me take it..INTJ (suh-prize!), although she said I’m INSJ or some such. I’m alphabet soup.
For my new job, which I start next month, I had to take the Wonderlic test..and some personality profile test (not MB).
