Morning p6! Took another trip to PIttsburgh yesterday. Mr S had another appt. with the heart doc (bi-yearly checkup). Doc is pleased with his progress. I asked the doc if, since Mr S is taking statin drugs, he should be taking CoQ 10. Doc says there is no real proof that it is effective but HE takes it every day! So I asked if it could hurt if Mr S took it, he said no, it’s fine. So, Mr S will start taking it today. Hey, it couldn’t hurt!
Sitting here listening to talk about the invasion from Mexico. Steaming about the invasion. It’s pretty clear this is not temporary. The plan is to flood the system - Alinsky style.

I was reading an article overnight about the water levels now ABOVE average in the Great Lakes...mostly Superior. When they were below normal it was blamed on Global Warming. Now that the lakes are full it’s blamed on Climate Change! No satisfying the idjiots!
Oh and more forecasters are siding with Bastardi and think it’s going to be a BAD, COLD Winter!

I was just watching an infomercial about Generac Generators. They sound wonderful - connect to your gas line and run on natural gas, quiet, starts and stops automatically. However, just read some of the reviews on Amazon. As they say; if it sounds too good to be true, it IS to good to be true. Not the greatest reviews. We’ve been trying to think of things to keep us comfortable in the winter. Looks like we’ll be buying a larger propane tank for our small propane heater. I’m one of those people who is afraid of the power grid going down - whether from a terrorist attack or an event from the son.

I don’t know. I believe Quinn and Rose are both ‘preppers’ so I wouldn’t be surprised. The most common complaint I read was that the customer service was poor when there was a problem. Also, it cost about $1100 extra for someone to hook up the thing??? That should be included in the cost of the generator. I’ll have to read more reviews.
