I suspect they may be gone by Sat. night. They left our parish last Sunday. Maybe they’ll still be there. They’ve worked very hard to pay for this trip, and their last fund raiser (a car wash) was rained out. We’re still eating soup that I boought from them earlier in the year. They make great soup and sell to to the parish. I always buy several quarts to stock my freezer. I assume that it is their mothers who are making the soup. LOL.
I just received word via the Parish “Weekender” newsletter that the teens and their chaperones (50 in all) will be returning Sunday afternoon, so perhaps they will be at your Sat. Mass. I hope so. They are good kids, although they don’t always dress like I’d approve! (Can the girls’ jeans get any tighter, or shorter?)
I hope your knee is feeling better. Try Aleve, or it’s generic. Aleve and an ice wrap helped me a lot. Plus Aspercreme rubbed on the scar.
