Take their guns and then teach them to be passive, self-blaming sheep. No wonder they are such easy pickings for criminals.
I see crime as a herd disease and concealed carry as the immunization against that disease. A robust concealed carry law confers immunity to the herd in the same way that a sheep dog confers a large degree of wolf immunity to a herd of sheep. In areas where this immunization is known to be absent or weakened, the disease, unsurprisingly, breaks out.
