The new owner does have the Premiere line up on his other talk station so he might be able to bring them on when their current contract expires. IIRC that is within a year.
In the meantime they would probably go to 970 AM if it also goes talk. 970 may do that just to keep them off WJAS. My stations have contracted with programs but not aired them just to keep them of other stations. It’s fairly common.
WJAS could bring in Levin, Ramsey and others to round things out. That might not be a bad move. Fresh voices.
I continue to stress it is too early to celebrate! I am posting only info that is publicly available elsewhere. There may be disinfo being spread too.

Remember the young guy WPGB bought in to do a late shift during the week? Andy Dean. Most of us weren’t thrilled with him.
In Talkers trade paper it is reported he is leaving radio totally! He will pursue other career choices. His last broadcast is mid September.
That may indicate a time frame for when all the changes will be made...
