How cool would it have been if the guy who jumped the bridge had a “Dukes Of Hazard” horn in his truck at that time. I hear he’s OK now.
Looks like a small simple overpass. Downstate NY they would put up a temporary structure. I’ve seen it done. Then I went upstate to my hunting land and there was a simple overpass that was condemned for weight handling and it became one lane so with no flag men you had to approach carefully and if no one was coming from the other direction you hurry over. Finally after a year of that they reopened it with no repairs. All of a sudden it was determined to be safe. What brand of politics was rotting the government I do not know. But the stink was horrendous.
