Yeah, he didn’t seriously tell anyone to kill themselves. He said it facetiously, to demonstrate that, as they aren’t willing to go that far, their problems are obviously not as bad as their whining makes them out to be.
And he didn’t mean people who are clinically depressed, as the title implied.
