I had some neighbours from India across the hall for about three years. They moved out last month, but the smell of their cooking, I wanted to invite myself to dinner every night.

There is a Buffalo Wild Wings in town, I'll have to check it out.

If you want a real, real quick side dish that I call Cajun-Indian fusion and something I have with breakfast, lunch and/or dinner on a REAL regular basis try this:

Get yourself a can of Creole style creamed Navy Beans (although I also use regular pinto beans or chili beans, too)

Heat them in a skillet and mix in some McCormick's Hot Madras Curry, turmeric (till you get the aroma and golden color you want), add a dash of powdered ginger and McCormick's Garam Masala, and sweeten it up with some Tabasco.

It takes about 5-10 minutes.
