The health Nazis don't want to hear it, but regardless of what they eat or what kind of exercise they do, they too will die one day.

Just like the shlub that only got his exercise from changing the channel on the TV while eating KFC.

I stopped reading when I got to the line that said they tested people from 18 to 100. I wonder how much exercise the 100 year olds got? I wonder if the 100 year olds could even roll over in bed. I think the more exercise you get the sooner your joints wear out and you have to get new ones.

I didn’t get my skeletal problems from sitting on the couch.

How ignorant. Exercising reasonably is not about avoiding death, it's about quality of life.
I'm 67 y/o and have been running for 33 years. I'm down to 20 miles a week but I still get out there not only for the physical advantages, but mental as well.
I take no drugs, eat whatever I want, see a doctor once a year when she tells me reviewing my test results makes her think I'm 37, not 67.
I'm also a former smoker, but I am neither a smoking nazi nor or a health nazi. In fact, it sounds like you might better fit the description.

You have a point. Genetics plays an important role in longevity. Still, there are some things that we can all do to prolong our lives.
