I wonder if the 100 year olds could even roll over in bed.

Most of them can. My hundred year old grandma was still walking a mile a day. Her medicine was an occasional aspirin.

When you reach a certain age only those who are in decent health reach it so those people are usually still mobile.

My great aunt, when she died in about 1996, was the oldest person in the US. She was almost 116 and close to being the oldest person in the world. She was a seamstress and fairly sedentary.

Our orthopedic doctor and my husbands long time friend, was a serious runner. he had both hips replaced and still kept running and exercising and died suddenly just before he turned 65.

When it is your time you will go.
