Can anyone make out what the BP agent said after “how many on board?”
I would like to show this to some folks but I can’t quite make out what the agent said.

He says “How many on board” then he says “US Citizen?” and then the driver says “Yeah but does it really matter?” and the BP agent says “Not any more unfortunately”
