Read the article, it is not about cities that are already in poverty, but those coming into poverty. Los Angeles is estimated to have a 25% poverty rate. Thanks to “special order 40” and a city council all too willing to tax the residents to care for the illegal community, Los Angeles is the prime example of what can go wrong when Democrats in power have no clue about governance. Los Angeles will be the “New Detroit” in due course.

Statements such as “A local news report attributed the high poverty in Forsyth to a large wealth gap in the county” really make me wonder about the validity of these kinds of reports.
