Yeah baby!!!! Great pix ‘41!! How about 6 August 1945?.....Here is excerpts from Harry Truman’s speech after the first nuke was dropped on those Japs trying to get their sneaky cans to quit: “We are now prepared to obliterate more rapidly and completely every productive enterprise the Japanese have above ground in any city. We shall destroy their docks, their factories and their communications. Let there be no mistake, we will completely destroy Japan’s power to make war.......If they do not now accept our terms they can expect a rain of ruin from the air the likes never seen before on this earth”. (Damn I get chills just typing that in!) Ever heard a better kick ass speech??!!!!! Want more Japs......? Okay, One more coming your way! Gonna quit now bastards? Yep, number 2 did it and saved about a million(??) American servicemen’s lives not having to invade the Jap Islands. This was when America was at the very tip top of it’s ‘game’. Good God what a time! “Rain of ruin”.....I love that!!! Case closed as that great American Archie Bunker would say.
