Well, kids and their lemonade stands are a clear menace to public safety.
These kids and their lemonade stands are not complying with regulations such as: proper handling of food items, sanitation standards, minimum wage standards, payroll withholding, workman’s comp insurance, remittance of sales tax on their sales, quarterly income tax payments on their projected profits, etc. etc.
