30 years - 1980s to present - does not a significant time scale make, to judge what is and is not a “natural” weather/climate phenomena

The climate change boat has sailed, so they have to come up with something else.

Yep, sounds just like Mother Nature. My husband has records and his own family history and his own experience on droughts and heat waves and rain and snow, it is always changing and it is also cyclical.

He thinks the weather we have had here for the last 10 years corresponds with the 1950s.

68 degrees here in Pittsburgh in mid-August.
That’s a heck of a Global Warming trend you’ve got there.

Thanks for the breakdown...

I am doing something a little different at my local cafe,...breaking it down by particles in a a volume of a million...

so approximately 800,000 are nitrogen...200,000 are Oxygen and CO2 only is less than 400 particles...

We show that high-amplitude quasi-stationary Rossby waves, associated with resonance circulation regimes...

I was just going to say that. BTT

The quality of our local press is about that of a sixth-grade homeroom class newspaper, that’s edited by a sixth grade class in India.

I rarely check any because it’s a waste of time trying to figure out what the headlines mean :-)

Good heavens—I assume you can document that! :-)

It’s actually been a rather cool summer in the Northeast. People were walking around NY yesterday in their jackets and long pants.

I believe most of the Ohio Valley and Great Lakes region are well below normal.

I just checked the weather at my place up in northern Michigan and it is only 65 degrees, and this is August!

It is going to be 49 deg in Cleveland tonight. 49 degrees on August 14th. That is cold. Normally the low is 65. The high is normally 81. Won’t be in the eighties this week.

Damn Global Cooling, warming, global climate disruption!

Hell damn weather!
