You stated that perfectly! So long as the useful idiots get their ‘free’ stuff, the biggest party in the history of The Republic will continue. One day soon, the piper will need to be paid, and the country will find that it has sold it’s soul to the devil.
After years of thinking that Conservatives just had bad branding, the media was against us, or that simply a return to a moral society would change us - I realized I was wrong.
All of the above are true - but what goes deeper than that is our monetary system. A society based on debt and inflation changes people’s behaviors at their core - their work, their savings, their relations with their family and society.
Above all, the ability to print money at will and to control interest rates give the Federal Government, and the statist planners in it, absolute control over local governments and over society. Ending our present fiat currency system will kill the progressive state, and 1000 other problems will automatically begin to correct themselves.
