Paterno sworn testimony is he didn’t meet or speak with Schultz, and didn’t know that anyone other than Curley was aware of his (Paterno’s) report.

...you’re right of course, and I was just being a bit to flippant, but my only point was that the GJ heard both testimonies, and had to be cognizant that Paterno’s didn’t jive with Schultz’s, but it didn’t matter, because Paterno wasn’t going to be cited by this jury no way, no how...

...but, again, according to the legal letter of the law, Paterno did perjure himself...
