Yes they are working on it and there are more changes coming to Pittsburgh radio. With the exception of Disney/the old WTAE AM probably nothing major until the end of the year.
I really think Q&R are going the podcast route. With what is (possibly) in the works that might be the smart move.
I can’t say more because it is mostly speculation.
But no troops to the border...no troops to battle Islam...

Why send Marines? The Daily. Mail article does not state these are medics, and aren’t US resources needed to fight an actual, shootable enemy, ISIS, and using Obama “logic” why not send nurses to fight ISIS?
First thoughts, great way to stretch our military thin via over extension AND by (heaven help us) EBOLA! And, what a GREAT WAY to expedite Ebola on US soil (via returning military)

Good lord! Scary stuff! HOW is he expecting them to stop EBOLA? To put our marines in harms way like that is a sure sign that is crazy. Of course, when you have a CiC who is one fry short of a Happy Meal, that’s what you get!

Good morning. Reading Drudge this morning is depressing, particularly the stuff about the border. It frustrates me to no end, yet the masses remain willfully ignorant & just seem to not care.
As long as we know they are not looking for another outlet and not throwing in the towel!
I might start getting the Levin podcast. Won’t fix my Q&R hunger though!
Morning SBB. Yes, at work, I bury myself in the basement, working alone all day. Can’t stand the banter and silliness in the office. People are NOT paying attention. I’m turning into the Grouchy/Crazy Old Woman in the Basement. Seriously, I lock the door and venture out to use the bathroom and the hand sanitizers in the hallway. Can you say PARANOID?

Thanks! When I have heard him live a I liked him. We carried him on the WMNY station for awhile. The only thing was that often he was doing what Jim had done!
Mrs p6 has her first batch of pear jam done. Not a lot maybe 3-4 quarts but she’s thinking of going to the farm Thursday and spend a few days picking a lot.
Today I’m going to slow cook a slab of ribs and mix some of her pear jam in the bbq sauce.
Oh man! The ribs sound so good!
I haven’t done much canning this year. I’ve been picking raspberries every day. We have enough in the freezer for Mr S to make his raspberry cordial and I can make a batch or two of raspberry jam and raspberry syrup. The peach crop was a bust this year, so no peach jam. We’ll be going for apples in a couple of weeks. Haven’t had pears in a long time!
Its too early to be drooling this much!
I was going to buy some strawberries and try to make a “jam” using chia seeds as the thing to make it “gel” - if that makes sense.
I can’t wait to get my garden set up next year. :)

I have no doubt in my mind that obamination feels he can get rid of 3000 troops by exposing them to ebola and then do another happy dance around the oval office and pass out more candies. The jerk is ONLY about the destruction of more Americans and this country.
He is sending more troops to “deal” with Ebola than he is to “deal” with ISIS.
Why is it the US’s responsibility to “deal” with it anyway? Shouldn’t the wonderful UN do something?

They’d cut him off in mid-sentence to run a string of a half-dozen Liberal PSA’s.
Levin is the serious legal scholar of Conservatives. His show complements Q&R very well where as Q&R kept everyone on top of the wide breadth of issues of the day, Levin provides the deep dive of the ones that are the most important. Even if you can’t listen to him regularly, make it a point to listen any time that a major court decision is handed down. There is no better explanation and analysis by anyone, anywhere either in print or broadcast.
