A lot of the negativity is due to a paid campaign by Samsung, apparently, is what I've been hearing. Apple just announced that they're giving employees the entire week of Thanksgiving off to thank them for their hard work on all this. Countdown to siccing the ACLU on them. AIIEEE!!
