I was in the Army during the Korean war. On pay day, when I went to get my pay, there was always a can on the pay officer's desk. And as I received my pay I would always get the remark, "Soldier, you WILL donate to the Red Cross."

Red Cross hasn't got a cent out of me since I got out of the Aermy.

Then it was not a donation, it was extortion. I would have said so, and maybe you did. When someone says I *WILL* do something, you can bet I probably WON’T.
