“Riddle me this. How does this person landing at O’Hara get transferred to a neighboring county in another state?”
I asked on another thread last night, basically the same question. But with a corrallary- why are these cases turning up in states are anti democrat.
Could it be that fed is directing these people to punish the citizens of these states?

My uneducated guess - it has something to do with the availability of sequestering/isolating potential contagions as revealed in this statement of the first link in the post:

Now, why a county jail has a medical ward with a negative airflow cell raises a hornets nest of questions.
What kind of pestilence does Kanosha County anticipate with their incarcerated populations?
