I just don’t understand how so many police departments engage in this type of behavior, I mean where do they get the idea that this demographic is even involved in so much crime that would necessitate such brutal tactics?> the ladies like me for my ability to give multiple sarcasms...
Had the police profiled, maybe people would have survived the marathon or lived without horrific injuries.
