I think Keaton was my favorite Batman. He was deadpan, kind of like Downey in Iron Man, which brought the kind of humor I think you need to balance these superhero films.

Agreed. I liked the earlier Batman movies better than the recent ones.
The recent ones are too dark and take themselves way too seriously.

i agree, plus he did bulk up’for the role as well. i thought he was good. and, unlike some in the role, he was taller.
