The race hustlers have a Catch 22 they hope nobody will notice:
Their audience hotly resents any suggestion they may be intellectually challenged due to genetics or environment. Yet every time the audience accepts and amplifies the race hustlers’ silly claims that same audience demonstrates it is incapable of (or at least unwilling to) rationally processing such everlasting rubbish.
