Why would Maryland want to elect a guy who looks like Obama, and was a classmate of Obama at Harvard? Haven’t they learned after 6 years?
Mostly liberals and blacks in Maryland. They know they got the liberal vote so they need to get out the black vote.

Maryland is a deep blue, perma lib state. The statehouse is dominated by Democrats as Republicans are nearly extinct in the state.
If its a liberal issue or person, Maryland is all for it. Its like a Pavlovian response. Consequently, Brown will win.
