I know this is an old article but I would like to know if anything has changed in the last two years so that the GOP will hike up its skirt and actually do something about the massive fraud that seems to be happening in every election now!

I am going to be a poll watcher in Charlotte on Tuesday and I just asked this question to our local GOP rep..

I heard about that strange and stupid rule after the Fall of America in Nov. 2012. I hope someone with influence is fighting this or at the least trying to publicize it far and wide.

Why, all of a sudden, is there formal acknowledgement of vote fraud that has, and stands to, benefit the DIMS?

I mean a reliable RAT House Organ—the Washington Post—has even admitted to it.

Are they just rubbing our noses in it in advance of next Tuesday?

What in the world were the Republicans thinking of when they agreed to this?

That they would be called racists if they didn't?

No there is not massive voter fraud. Face it. There really doesn’t need to be. America is not Conservative anymore. It’s not like there is this huge tide of Conservatism they need to thwart. Quite the contrary. America is racing Blue as fast as it can. However, with computer technology there is now election fraud but no one cares.

Supremes denied a hearing.

Amazing... well, not for a third world country.

Class action lawsuit. I am directly harmed by fraudulent elections. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

This is another rationale for a third party, which would not be bound by this consent decree.

“The RNC, inexplicably, decided to agree to a consent decree before a Democrat-appointed judge rather than fight the claims.”

In fact, very explicable: the Republicans are wusses.

The hands of the GOP are tied, but not other entities. If only political parties had “standing”, then a grant to the Libertarian Party, earmarked to fight voter fraud, might do something.

I don’t question that “some” consent decree was signed on this general subject by the pubs and the dims.

I do question that there is not “another way” for the Pubs to “police” elections.

Like so many other things, Boehner is acting squishy on big tough issues (those requiring balls) for some reason as are many other top pubs.

Seriously, it does “appear” sometimes that Obama and Jarrett have the goods on the Republican leadership. What else is there to explain their spinelessness the past 7 years. Same goes for the Supreme Court.

Republicans have tried to change the decree since 2009, after Obama took office. But Debevoise has ruled that they failed to show that conditions in the U.S. had changed since 1982.

Debevoise said that since most minority voters support Democrats, the RNC still has an incentive to suppress minority votes.

He dismissed the idea of voter fraud and extended his own supervision of the case until 2017.

In March, the 3rd Circuit issued its affirmation of Debevoise’s decision.

The ruling applies to the RNC but not to voter groups. Tea Party conservatives, independents and GOP moderates can form their own organizations to push through voter reforms.

The makeup of the RNC today might even make things worse.

This applies ONLY to the RNC and does not affect any State or Federal elected rep or appointed officer.

They trot this lame excuse out every election. So what do we have to do? Take up arms because the GOP is afraid of contempt charges? Sorry, I haven’t bought it any of the other times they trotted this lame excuse out.

This is just waiting for a TEA party lawyer to pick a fight.

This is ripe for review by the Supremes.

This looks to me like a job for John Lott. We can add the attorneys later as there are some good ones out there.
