Not very likely. The launch area is cleared and there is a destruct mechanism in case the rocket goes off course.

I live here, I know the launch area is cleared - the launch was scrubbed Monday because some idiot in a sailboat hadn’t cleared the area. Local word is the destruct mechanism was engaged.
