What kind of cargo? (some weird experiment?)

The puffs on the left side of the rocket reminded me of the puffs on the Space Shuttle Challenger.

The NASA PA officer said there was around 5000 pounds of cargo aboard Cygnus, mostly supplies for the ISS. I don’t know specifics, although I saw a post from someone on Google+. He said some high-schoolers from Michigan had an experiment on board and were so excited to get it sent up.

Feel kinda sorry for those kids.
