Yes I read it. I know what SCADA is, I work in the power industry. The California substation attack had nothing to do with SCADA. It was not a “software” attack.

True. Sadly, our country is buzzing with un-assimilated folks not long descended from cultures antithetical to American culture. It seems that anyone willing to bring much money or put up with un-American abuse is welcome.
