Oh, and one more thing: Don't expect this part of the South to be RATS-free. It isn't.
Be prepared to defend your conservative sympathies with much vigor. In other words, plenty of S.C. Uni-party Republicrats here in the Upstate, just as there are here on FR...in perpetuity.
