Being over 75 and collecting Social Security puts us in the 60%.

My wife and I have never gotten one cent from government except for Social Security in our lives but I guess we are still considered part of the leaches.

If you pay into the system, then take out of the system - you are not a leech.

Only those who have never payed in can be considered to be leeches.

Distinction that needs to be made.

I think there is a distinct need to separate the things people paid all their life for from the things people think they should get just for breathing. Social Security is one of the former--paid for over decades, looted often by Congress to pick up for the tab from buying votes.

It is those who collect as if those of us who work and have worked owe them a living that are the problem, and at least some of those have no business here (illegals).
