They will do some emergency funding, taking more money from the few who have it, to be sure the electric bills are paid for the “poor” people. They will blame it on the “heartless GOP” that people are even at risk of freezing to death. The GOP will do nothing to refute that.

Yes, I realize that more regulations would most likely lead to higher costs. But, more deaths would mean less carbon footprints on the earth/s
