Branch Carbonian Cult.

Give it a Latin name and it'll sound even more religious.

Just for the record: The term ‘Branch-Carbonian Cult’ was originally coined by me.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion.

Gaiaism as the official religion of the State violates the Establishment Clause.

scientific report – called “Dark Winter” – that forecasts several decades of dangerous global cooling instead of warming.

I'm afraid he may be right. This summers garden didn't produce any where near what it should because of the cooler, darker days around here. We usually have at least a few sunny, 90 degree weeks every year. This year it may have hit 90 one day, maybe two at the most.
The winter came exceptionally early this year as well. Even the chill in the air feels a lot worse. We're using up a lot of firewood and it's way too early. We're working on getting more than usual.

I guess we'll have to see if next summer is as cold as this year. If it is, I think we'd better start working on adaptations now.

The earth goes through warming and cooling cycles just like other cycles are seen in all of nature. We haven't had a little ice age in a long time. Maybe we're heading right for it again. It's something to think about and watch for.

Took me a bit to congeal the references, but it is funny!

If the climate community does not think that an extended period of cooling is possible then maybe they should abandon the term “Climate Change”.
