$2.39 here in Virginia. $3.39 this past June. Saves $15.00 per fill up. $15, $30, $45, $60. If someone fills up four times a month then the savings is $60. For many, many people, the people I deal with on a daily basis, this is a big deal.
Helps businesses too. Unmitigated good.
