Because it’s not finished yet?
The look and feel of it, and the ease of finding what you need, the return of the start menu, etc.
It is running some old software flawlessly for me, too.
That part is pretty good.

If you don’t mind answering, what are the minimum system requirements?
Yes, I have some old Thinkpads and 7 runs pretty well on them without requiring me to stop being cheap.
