Yes good news but when did he quit football and become a TV analyst?
?
He didn't "quit" football. He was pretty much shut out, partly because his faith made people uncomfortable, and partly because he didn't consider another role than starting quarterback. Hey, nobody's perfect, and what imperfections he has are more than offset by his faith and desire to live it. The analyst job was an opportunity of which he took advantage.
He didn’t really quit. He got screwed everywhere he went. Teams hired him then benched him. I suspect his unabashed profession of faith had something to do with it.

He works for the SEC network, which I understand is about as big as the NFL network. He also does spots for Good Morning America, and does some radio work. I haven’t seen him but have read that he’s doing a good job.
