I have read and heard that they [Blacks] tried the same tactics on Mexicans in different locations and the Blacks came out second best. There are several thousand, most settled in South St. Louis in the early to mid-90’s. There are some Christian, some Muslim. The first generation Americans are making their way through the local colleges. small business communities and assimilating into the culture.

St. Louis has the largest population of Bosnians outside of Bosnia. They have done wonders for areas they have settled in - reviving neighborhoods that were going down, etc.

All that I have met and worked with were great people.
