I purchased some fairly expensive software through Amazon a few years back. The box was empty on receipt. They issued a second shipment, no questions asked.
Have had similar experiences with Amazon. That’s why they are my “go to” online shopping resource. In fact, they are my “go to” shopping resource for almost everything except fresh produce and other perishables.
They just “get it.”
