My understanding was this individual met an untimely demise while passing cars in a tunnel (on his Yamaha). Apparently he was exiting tunnel when someone pulled into his lane. I may be wrong on this, but that is the story/report I read.

Ive see som real stupit on bikes.... my all time worst was seein a guy on a crotch rocket doing 100 plus on the 605 freeway in Southern Cal... wearing nothing but a pair of swim trunks and some flip flops
