I live in SE Virginia where winters are mild though this week we got a little taste.
There is a large military population here with folks from all over the country and my daughter likes to play the license plate game. Today she spotted Montana which claims, “winter wonderland” on the bottom. She laughed at what a cruel hoax that probably was.
