Especially when it comes to magazines, you get what you pay for. Factory or the occasional Mec-Gar are the only pistol mags I bother with anymore, and the gun show vendors want as much for them as the brick & mortar LGS or the big online vendors.

Actually, I have bought practically nothing from a gun show in the last 10 years... I guess I'm paying to go in and look at decrepit milsurp boltguns, piles of cracked antique cop gunleather, mystery sausage/jerky and reloads that I'd trust as much as a Democrat senator.

I have some which were part of an accidental acquisition(included, no cost). A friend ran out and asked if I had any .223, which I did. He loaded it into a Savage bolt action and fired.

It was a sight to behold, as a blue cloud appeared around the action. The bolt had to be hammered open, the bolt had departed for parts still unknown, and the case had “Gone Full Muslim”(head off the case).
