Eighty-four percent of Americans want significant restrictions on abortion, and would limit it to, at most, the first three months of pregnancy. This includes almost 7 in 10 (69 percent) who identify themselves as pro-choice. and yet many of those people continue to support and vote for politicians who support late-term abortion...

I don’t care if their poll says 99.9% say they believe something.
Both God and the U.S. Constitution absolutely require equal protection for the right to life of every single innocent person.

Much as I would like to believe the headline, a more careful read of the statistics is not quite so strong. This poll, done by the Knights of Columbus with help from Marist, is noteworthy, but I recommend that you read the actual poll results and methodology report linked from the site you posted above:
http://www.kofc.org/un/en/resources/communications/Abortion_in_America_January2015_For_Release_150121.pdf (PDF)
For example, the headline of this thread is not, in fact, a conclusion of the poll -- to say that 84% of Americans support "some restrictions" on abortion is not the same as saying 84% want to "ban" it. But God willing, someday it may be true.
(I'm not criticizing you, Morgana; just saying the headline writer was a little over-enthusiastic in their interpretation of the statistics.)

Nothing will change.
Still think we live in a democracy (or a republic, for that matter)?
To: Morgana
Wide open abortion laws have turned abortion into “birth control for the lazy and procrastinators”. That and the miserably failed “sexual revolution” have done a grave disservice to both women and our nation.
