So does this mean he will be a lesbian?
This is the kind of question that pops into my mind when I hear about people doing this to themselves. It gets complicated beyond that initial point. What if he decides that he’s really a man in a woman’s body? Or if he believed he was really a transgendered man, once he became a woman?
