In NJ the democrats and republicans have decided to raise the gas tax by 23 cents a gallon.
They say they want the money to pay for fixing the roads and bridges.

And then there's ever increasing tolls that were supposed to be temporary on the roads/bridges in NJ
That increase every year, but will never ever go away.

The Assembly voted 53-23 to pass the bill shortly before 1 a.m. EDT.
Of the 53 who voted for the bill, 10 were Republicans.
