Touching anyone can be sexual assault these days. They even demonstrated how to correct someones uniform. For instance if your uniform shirt collar is inside out someone can’t just fix it for you, they have to ask permission first. This is regardless if it’s two men or two women. If you fix it without asking the other party can file a complaint and you are automatically guilty.
