Dianne Feinstein: Inside Traitor
Out of the entire universe of those who could have won the first phase construction contract for Californias high speed rail boondoggle, who would stand out as the last person who would win it if there were no political patronage.
Put another way, who is the most likely person to win it if there is political patronage?
Feinstein-one eyeBoth questions have the same answer: Richard Blum, the husband of California senator Diane Feinstein.
So, who won the contract? Blum, of course, as the principle owner of Tutor Perini, the lead firm in the three-firm consortium selected by the California High Speed Rail Authority.
Yes, Diane, it really does look that bad to us little people.
A High Low Bid
The Perini-Zachary-Parsons bid was the lowest received from the five consortia participating in the bidding process, but low is a relative term. The firms bid $985,142,530 to build the wildly anticipated first section of high speed rail track that will tie the megopolis of Madera to the global finance center of Fresno. Do the division, and you find that the low bid came in at a mere $35 million per mile.
And that doesnt include the cost of rolling stock (thats engines and cars to the normal among us). Nor does it include the cost of electrifying the route. Does it at least include the cost of land acquisition? No, it does not.
As this fiasco progress, remember that this $35 million per mile represents the best California can do on the section of track the High on Crack Speed Rail Authority selected to go first because it will be the cheapest.
Keeping Corrupt Company
Just having Blum/Perini win the contract is corrupt enough. But it gets much more corrupt, says The National Black Chamber of Commerce:

Interesting.
You can write this story about virtually any member of Congress, with very few exceptions.
They are despicable thieves, complicit in the murders of millions of prenatal humans, the theft of wealth from those who worked hard all their lives, and the coddling of sworn enemies of the people of the United States.
If there were any real justice in this country, very few of those criminals would escape a trial for TREASON and the penalty that naturally follows.
That goes for the judiciary and executives, as well, both at the national and state levels.
The whole media-political complex of the country is corrupt beyond measure.
These politicians do not even bother to hide their corruption, in America 2015 A.D. She is indifferent to national borders and belongs to the cosmos.
The federal government along with the State of New York created a crime busting taskforce aimed at the construction activity within the region. It was comprised of members from the Department of Justice, IRS, US Dept. of Transportation, Office of State Inspector General, US Dept. of Labor and New York City of Transportation.
The taskforce was going after five Mafia families but also snagged the firm Tutor Perini where Richard Blum, the husband of California Senator Diane Feinstein, is the principle owner.
Tutor Perini was guilty of fraud and conspiracy to launder money. The charges arose from a false representation to New York government agencies that Disadvantaged Business Entities (DBEs) were performing work in connection with major public works contracts.
The former president of Perini Corps Civil Division, Zoharab B. Marashlian, committed suicide 2 days before being sentenced to jail.

The bid was $35 million so when they get done with cost overruns and such it will be at least $60 million a mile.
There are plans to bore a 20 mile tunnel thru the San Gabriel Mountains from rural Sand Canyon thru the mountains and thru one of 3 routes thru rural neighborhoods in the San Fernando Valley.
One of those routes would be a few hundred feet from my home.
CBRE is Richard Ellis, a commercial real estate group. I believe their intentions are to bring our property values down, houses are already falling out of escrow. They have picked 4 possible routes and all the surrounding neighborhoods are in limbo.
Remember, senators are immune to insider trading when it comes to real estate and Richard Ellis builds subsidized high-density tenement housing.
I also recently came across a PDF file where Berkeley explains how the state has taken over zoning laws to enforce Agenda 21 http://sustainablecalifornia.berkeley.edu/publications.html
And now the New Climate Economy http://newclimateeconomy.report/cities/
Bart: Why would Diane Feinstein care about where the choo-choo go?
Mongo: Don’t know. Mongo only pawn in game of life.
Oh wait, this report says that Blum got rid of Perini in 2005
A March 2007 report http://www.bohemian.com/northbay/the-byrne-report/Content?oid=2171069
Sen. Dianne Feinstein resigned from the Military Construction Appropriations subcommittee (MILCON). Feinstein was chairperson and ranking member for six years while her husband Richard C. Blums defense contracting firms received billions of dollars for military construction projects approved by Feinstein.
Blums companies, Perini Corp. and URS Corp. were divested by Blum in 2005.
While chairperson of MILCON, Feinstein was in charge of supervising military construction and oversee quality of life issues for veterans, including building housing for military families and operating hospitals and clinics for wounded soldiers.
In 2005, the online magazine Salon.com exposed the horrors of deficient medical care for Iraq war veterans.
Blum also holds large investments in companies that were selling medical equipment and supplies and real estate leasesoften without the benefit of competitive biddingto the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Interesting how the one percenters that Baraq and Fauxcahontas so frequently complain about are easily discovered to be regime affiliates.
Will anyone remember this was touted as a quick LA to SF route?
I seem to recall the winning bid being $987,654,321. Yes, the bid a completely make up number made from descending digits.
